Garbage company - stay awayTerrible. Bought a non-personalized piece of jewelry, customer service inept and I had to follow up with them more than once on my order bc of a complete lack of follow up, and then I find that two weeks after I order they still haven’t begun fulfillment. Then they tell me this non-personalized item will take 21 days to fulfill (plus shipping time on top), which is ridiculous. I asked to cancel, and they refused despite their own company policy saying that cancellations weee only possible before an item is with shipping team, but customer care already disclosed it was not yet with that team. Had to dispute to my credit card company.
